WELCOME BACK.

After the mid-term break, all our Clubs and classes will be running again as normal this week.

GUITAR LESSONS

Guitar Lessons have started and will continue to run for the next six weeks on Wednesday evenings from 4.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. for children aged seven to 10 years and from 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. for children aged 11 to 14 years. Call the Avalon at 071 9161836 for more information.

PARENT AND TODDLER GROUPS

The parent and toddler group meets on Monday mornings from 11 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and on Wednesday mornings from 10.30 a.m. to midday. Contact Paula at 071 9161836 for further details.

YOUTH CLUBS

Our Junior Youth Club meets on Monday and Wednesday from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Senior Youth Club meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

FLAMENCO DANCING CLASSES

Flamenco Dancing lessons take place between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Thursday nights. Contact 083 4680924 for further information.

KRAV MAGA SELFDEFENCE CLASSES

Self-defence classes are running on Wednesdays, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Contact 087 0659709 for more details.

PHYSIO-LED PILATES

New Physio-led pilates classes have started on Tuesday nights from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Contact the Avalon Centre at 071 9161836 for more details.

BINGO

Bingo continues every Friday night from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Double books cost €15, single books €10, half books €5 and single sheets €1. There is also a raffle on the night.

BOWLING

The St Anne’s Men’s Bowling Club meets every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the centre. Just call in on the day.
