The Geevagh Community Resource lotto draw was held in Paddy’s Bar on Saturday, October 28, for a jackpot of €9,600. The numbers drawn were 11, 14, 18 and 23. There was no winner. The next draw for a jackpot of €9,700 will be held on Saturday, November 5, in Paddy’s Bar. The winners of €20 each were Kathleen Jordan, Ardline, Ballyfarnon; Adrian Gallagher, Ardline, Ballyfarnon; Noreen Flynn, Kilmactranny; Yvonne Frazer, Ballindoon, and Teresa Duignan, Kilmacroy, Ballyfarnon.

Michelle Mostyn and Keith McGuiness were married recently in St Joseph’s Church, Geevagh. Afterwards the happy couple celebrated with family and friends at a reception in Kilronan Castle. They are wished a long and happy life together.
