Swimming star Mona will switch on festive lights

Swimming sensation Mona McSharr y from Grange will switch on the Christmas Light s this year.

The World and European Gold medal winning athlete will do the big switch this Saturday 18th November in O’ Connell St at 5.30pm. The annual ceremony marks the star t of the festive season and ever yone is invited to attend.

The event will be followed by a selection of Christmas Carol s per formed singers from the 2017 Sligo Choral Festival.
