Drivers fined at Sligo District Court

MARY Teresa Rogan of Lislahelly, Drumcliffe was fined €300 for not having insurance at The Mall on January 27 th last.

Amy Casey, 5 Shannon Eighter, Rathbraughan Road was fined a total of €300 and banned from driving for one year for not having insurance at Tullyhill on May 23rd 2016 and at Ballinacarrow on May 6 th.

Lisa Ward of 5 Crossroads, Cloonkeavey, Ballymote was fined €200 for being a learner driver who was unaccompanied by a qualified driver at Abbey Terrace, Ballymote on November 4 th 2016.

Bernadette Kivlehan, Diffreen, Glencar, was fined €200 for not having tax displayed at Toberbride on November 23rd 2016. The court was told the car was last taxed in February 2016 before being put in the defendant’s husband’s name and taxed from January to March this year.
