Sth Korean Ambassador visits Sligo
THE Ambassador of the Republic of Korea his Excellency Ambassador Kang-il Huwas visited Sligo last Friday. He was accompanied by Second Secretary Mr. Hyoyoun Jeong and welcomed by Cathaoirleach of Sligo County Council Cllr Seamus Kilgannon.
The Ambassador previously visited Sligo in October 2016, and he talked of his love of literature and retained a keen interest in the works of WB Yeats since his university days.
Ambassador Huwas has been in Ireland since 2015.
