KILGLASS NS
The school want to thank all the musicians, who gave their time to play at our fantastic fundraising concert in the Church of the Holy Family, Kilglass on Friday, November 10.
Colm and Siobhán O’Donnell, the Parish Choir, members of the Bofield Senior Ceili Band. Gerry Gilroy, Kieran Packer, the senior Bofiel Ceili Band. Canon George, Fiona Doherty and Tireragh Comhaltas treated us with a feast of music song and story of the night. Mile Buiochas.
The night would not have been possible without the support and dedication of Cannon George McHale, Michael O’Dowd the BoM, staff our great team of tickets sellers, Brendan Henry and the parents’ association, Theresa Hallinan, Mary Foody, the car park attendants, the sandwiches makers and the church cleaners.
The children played and sang beautifully on the night, and were a credit to themselves, their families and Kilglass School. Finally we would like to thank all the parents and grandparents and each and every one of you who supported us with tickets. Mile Buichas. It truly was a community effort.
