Dangerous driving causing death charge

A 20-year-old man has been sent forward for trial in the Circuit Court on January 18th 2018 charged with dangerous driving causing the death of Sean Egan.

Patrick Flynn of Farrellmacfarrell, Dromore West, has been charged with dangerous driving causing death on 19 th March 2016 at Pier Road, Enniscrone.

He was represented by Ms Laura Spellman, who told Thursday’s sitting of Sligo District Court that a Book of Evidence was being prepared.
