Ryan Monaghan, Breaghwy, Ballinful admitted breaking a kitchen window of a house at Fatima Avenue on October 16 th last.
Inspector Paul Kilcoyne told Sligo District Court that Gardaí got a call at 2.45am from a couple living at Fatima Avenue that a rear kitchen window had been broken and that there was a man in the back yard.
Gardaí arrived and came across a man in the back garden who was very intoxicated. He admitted breaking the window.

“I know it wasn’t nice for the new tenant,” said Mr McGovern.
The defendant told the court he had no recollection of what happened. He was earning €400 a week.
Judge Kilrane told Monaghan that he seemed to have a problem with alcohol and this would now be his third conviction “for alcohol and drugs or a combination of both.”
