Coolaney estate

Efforts are under way to have the developer of Radharc na hAbhainn estate, Coolaney taken in charge by the Council.

Cllr Dara Mulvey was told that the Council is waiting for the developer to respond to their recent l etters and meet with officials on site to agree on outstanding works to be carried out.

The Council said these works should be carried out this year.

Meanwhile the Council agreed to Cllr Mulvey’s request that potholes along the Hungr y Rock road from Coolaney to the N59 will be repaired as part of their routine repairs currently ongoing.
