YOGA

Yoga classes are on in the centre on Friday afternoon from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. – contact Kate at 086 312719.

BABY YOGA CLASSES

Baby and Mother yoga classes will begin in the centre on Friday, February 2, from 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. – contact Annmarie at 086 8708654.

UNIVERSITY THIRD AGE

Meetings start back Wednesday, January 24. Creative writing, dancing, storytelling, etc. – contact Kathleen at 087 2068159.
