COMMUNITY GAMES 2018.

Art/Model competition takes place on Satuday February 24 at 10 a.m. for kids under-eight and under-10 and at 11 a.m. for kids under-12, under-14 and under-16 in Scoil Naomh Molaise, Grange. Those wishing to do model making please come at 10 a.m. Paper will be provided but please bring your own pencils, crayons or modelling clay.

Swimming Competition takes place on Sunday, March 4, at 10.30 a.m. in the Leisure Centre in Ballyshannon.

Athletics competition takes place on Sunday, April 29, at 2 p.m. at North Sligo Sports Complex, Grange.

LEND A HAND

Do you need somebody to do a small job in your home? Maybe, change a light bulb, replace batteries in your smoke alarm, hang curtains, install a lock or a door chain, replace plugs and chains to sinks and baths, ironing and small household tasks, securing floor boards or carpets, move furniture, help filling out a form etc?

Sligo Lend a Hand is available in the Grange and surrounding areas. It is a free minor repair service in the homes of elderly and vulnerable people. No job is too small and the service uses a pool of fully vetted and trained volunteers who operate in pairs to carry out the work. All appointments will be booked in advance and volunteers will carry identification.
