Same tractors – the new same Virtus range

The SAME range topping Virtus comprises of three new models from 116 to 136hp, delivering even more power and performance than ever with the state of the art FARMotion engine with SCR, combining impressive performance with superlative fuel economy from Stage IV emission regulations.

Virtus tractors consists of a 5 speed gearbox with two ranges working in conjunction with a hydraulic reverse shuttle and a 3 range Powershift unit. Additionally, the APS (Automatic Powershift) and SpeedMatching functions automatically select the most appropriate Powershift speed for any given application. Stop&Go and the ComfortClutch, allows the driver to work without having to use the clutch pedal. Supercreeper gear allows a minimum ground speed of just 134 metres per hour.

The standard 90 l/min hydraulic pump feeds up to 4 auxiliary valves - a modular system, which may also be upgraded to a 120 l/min load sensing pump feeding up to 5 auxiliary electronically controlled distributors. The rear lift is electronically controlled with an anti-damping function and a maximum lift capacity of 7000kg. The optional 2880 Kg front lift is combined with a 1000 rpm PTO. The rear Auto PTO comes as standard with 540/ECO and 1000/ ECO, with optional ground speed via an independent output shaft.

For unparalleled safety, these tractors are equipped with an integral braking system, with multiple wet disc brakes on all four wheels. Powererd braking as standard, minimises brake pedal effort while ensuring immediate, responsive, and controllable braking at all times. An electronically controlled front axle suspension system enhances both safety and comfort on the road and in the field.

Loader work and operations in tight spaces are taken care of by the SDD function which provides double steering speeds for quicker manoeuvring. The optional 8” iMonitor controls various functions including Agrosky precision guidance systems and provides performance monitoring.
