The Active Retirement Group meet on Wednesdays in the Health Centre, Skreen where they have Chair Based Aerobics – fun exercise and games followed by refreshments. Everyone welcome.

GO FOR LIFE

Go for Life Exercise Class continues in the community centre, Skreen on Tuesdays at 2.30 p.m.
