Easter GAA Camps taking place during the holidays in Scarden

WITH Easter fast approachin­g Sligo GAA have a number of initiative­s coming up. Sligo GAA in conjunctio­n with sponsors the Sligo Southern Hotel will host two camps over the Easter Holidays.

The first on March 28th and 29th is the Under 11/12 Super Camp for players across the County and will take place from 10am2.30pm on both days.

The second camp is a three day Easter camp for children aged 6-12 years and will also take place in Sligo GAA Centre of Excellence from Wednesday 4th to Friday 6th of April between 10am-2pm daily. To register for the Easter Camp go to www.sligogaa.ie

The finals of the Sligo Primary schools GAAmigos skills competitio­n take place on Thursday 22nd of March in Summerhill College at 4pm. The Finalists are Enniscrone, Dromore West, Cloonacool, Moyloughm, St John’s, Scoil Ursula, Culfadda, Ballinacar­row, Rosses Point and Rathcormac­k.

The finals of the Pella U-12 indoor tour- nament will take place on Friday 23rd of March at 7pm in the Sligo Tennis club. The fixtures for the Finals are: Friday March 23rd 7PM Enniscrone v Tubbercurr­y 7.20PM Ballymote/Bunninadde­n v St Marys 7.40PM Loser of A v Loser B

8PM Semi - Winner A V St Molaise Gaels 8.20PM Semi - Winner of C v Winner B 9PM Final.
