Road Traffic offences

AT Sligo District Court Kieran Meehan (59) of Marlow, Ballymotewas fined €250 for no insurance on July 11 th 2017. He was represented by Ms Laura Spellman.

At the same court, Rory Carroll (41) of Ballyscannel, Ballinful was fined €80 for holding a mobile phone while driving. He was represented by Mr Edmund Henry.

Jacques Kasango Lufuluablo (41) of Knocknaganny Park was disqualified for one year and fined €100 for drink driving at Caltragh on October 31st 2016. His reading was 39/100ml breath. He was represented by Mr Tom MacSharry. Ronnie Snee (51) of Caltragh Crescent was fined €100 and banned for one year for no insurance and a further €100 fine for careless driving and disqualified for one year at Crozon Downs on April 8th 2017. The court was told his car had collided with a stop sign and the footpath and he left the scene. Mr Gerard McGovern represented him.
