JOSIE TORSNEY R.I.P.

It was with great sadness that all in Dromahair Develoment Assoc/Tidy Towns learned of the sad passing of Josie Torsney. Josie was one of the original organisers of Dromahair Development Association.

He carried that interest fright through his life. Possibly Josie’s last public engagement was when he kindly agreed to do the honours of switching on our Christmas lights on December 8. A true friend to us all and always a kind word to encourage us in our activities within the community.

We will miss Josie for his kindness, his smile and his amazing stories about Dromahair We were so happy to have spent a lovely hour chatting with him afterwards in the Depot. Our thoughts and prayers are with Josie’s family at this time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anaim.
