A Cake Sale in aid of Ardkeeran NS will take place after the Good Friday Devotions at 4 p.m. in the school (in the new extension). All cakes, buns welcome from 2 p.m.

SOCCER SUCCESS

Well done to the two Riverstown Indoor Soccer teams who took part in the recent County Finals. Congratula­tions to the under-13 team who came first. The team was Jack Brehony, Oisin Conlon, Owen Elding, Ruairi Kelly, Troy Kelly, Niall Kenny, Darragh McKeon and Jack Tuohy. Well done to the team coaches Johnny Kenny and Sharon Kearns. Community Games Athletics will take place on Sunday, April 29, in Riverstown Community Park.

STUART MOYLES LIVE

Country sensation Stuart Moyles will play in Kelly’s Bar, Ballygawle­y on Good Friday, March 30, in aid of Ballygawle­y Community Park at 9 p.m. Admission is optional on the door and there will be a monster raffle. Further enquiries to ballygawle­ycommunity­park@yahoo.ie.

FLEADH

The Sligo County Fleadh takes place at Mercy College, Sligo on Saturday, June 2, and Sunday, June 3. This event will be hosted by Fred Finn CCÉ and Sligo town branch of CCÉ. Please complete and return this entry form, along with the relative fee. The entry form can be found on the fredfinn.ie website and sent to Louise King by Friday, March 23.

DINNER DANCE

Shamrock Gaels will be holding their 2018 dinner dance in the Clayton Hotel on Friday, April 6, at which medals will be presented to the under-21 Championsh­ip winning team. Reserve the date in your diary. The club will also be inducting founder member and first chairman Paddy Joe Quigley into the Shamrock Gaels Hall of Fame on the night. Tickets are now in circulatio­n and available from any club member.
