St Brigid’s Hall is the venue for Macra drama
COUNTY Sligo Macra are hosting the National Semi Finals of the Macra Na Feirme Drama Competition on the 7 th April in St Brigid’s Hall, Tubbercurry. The acts performing on the night include drama groups from Enfield and Maudabawn (Cavan) Macra.
This is Enfield Macra’s 4 th appearance at the drama semi finals in recent years and this year they will perform the hi- larious drama ‘ The last of the Mohicans’ by Hugh Leonard.
While Maudabawn Macra will treat audiences to a performance of the play ‘Mismatch’ which follows the drama when a club tries to decide on a weekend away.
Doors open at 7.30pm with the first performance on stage at 8pm.
Admission €10 and all are welcome.
