Dromahair Development Association/Tidy Towns are having a Spring Clean of the village and surrounds on Saturday, April 21. Meeting at 10 a.m. outside the Depot. Please come along and bring a friend and help us keep Dromahair beautiful – Many hands make light work. Everyone welcome.

WILDE PLAY

The Lough Gill Players will stage their play, ‘The importance of Being Earnest’ by Oscar Wilde in the Glens Centre Manorhamilton on Wednesday the 11th and Thurday the 12th at 8.30 p.m. and the Blue Devon, Dromahair: Friday the 20th and Saturday the 21st at 8.30 p.m. For a great night’s entertainment get out and support the group who put a lot of time and effort into their production. At the same time you’re contributing to great local causes.

WOMEN’S GROUP

Killenummery Women’s group are hosting ‘Exercise with Sue’ on Thursday nights in Killenummery Community hall at 7 p.m. Come along and go at your own pace. Creative writing class starting soon give Theresa a call at 086 1625287 to register your interest.

ACTIVITIES IN THE DEPOT

Thanks to funding from ETB we are able to offer classes in the Depot as follows: Anyone interested in a craft class: needle work, knitting or crochet.

Thursdays at 10 a.m. in the Depot; come along, bring needles and thread or wool. The class will be adapted to suit requirements.

Gardening classes starting on April 19, it will consist of some tunnel work, visits to gardens and flower beds and getting ideas on what might work best in different locations and lots of tips and advice from Carol. Contact the Depot to register interest.

Sue – Top to Toe fitness runs on Monday and Wednesday 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Please bring a mat or towel. (class content: A mix of exercises that target the entire body).

Parent and Toddler Group on Tuesdays 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Active Age group on Wednesday from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Junior Jiving on Wednesdays 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Green Dragon Karate Club with Michael on Friday evening 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Depot Office is now open Monday to Friday morning from 9.45 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. We offer a full range of office services. Photocopying, typing, printing, laminating and internet access. All services available at very reasonable rates.
