OUR U/16 team had a good away victory over Coolera/ Strandhill last week in the league on a 4-7 to 2-10 scoreline. Our Junior team short a number of regulars went down to neighbours Curry in the division 3 league at home on Sunday last on a scoreline of 1-11 to 2-6. The team lined out as follows. N. Brennan, D. THE next league game is at home to Eastern Harps on Sunday 22nd of April. Training continues during the week and next weekend at the usual times. The U12 hurlers are away to Naomh Eoin on Tuesday 10th April in Kent Park at 6.30 pm. The U12 footballer­s are away to Ballymote/ Bunninadde­n in Corran Park at 6.30 pm on Wednesday next 11th April. The Cloonacool/Tubber U14 footballer­s are away to Castleconn­or in the league on Friday 13th April at 6.30 pm. Congrats to the Real-Tubber girls U/12 girls team and management on their wonderful achievemen­t in Amsterdam last weekend. Anyone interested in getting involved with a text-alert programme in the area are invited to a meeting in the Cloonacool Community Centre on Tuesday night next April 10th at 8.30 pm.
