OFFICIAL OPENING OF NEW HAIRDRESSING TRAINING FACILITY.

Hairdressing training centre officially opened

THE MSLETB Training Centre-Sligo, located in Ballytivnan, recently hosted an Open Day on April 19 th; this day afforded the public the opportunity to visit the training facility for talks on the services provide and to see the classrooms/workshops where training takes place.

The training centre offers training in a diverse range of disciplines including apprenticeships in Carpentry & Joinery, Toolmaking, Electrical, Electrical Instrumentation and Vehicle Body Repair. The training centre also hosts a Hospitality Traineeship in the dedicated catering training facility and offer a wide range of IT programmes on their day and evening course schedules.

On April 23rd, the newly refurbished Hairdressing training facility was official- ly opened; the Hairdressing course is commencing on May 14 th. This course offers qualifications in both QQI and City & Guilds.

There are also courses in Health Service Skills, Manual and Computerised Payroll/ Bookkeeping and Welding starting soon. Please contact our Course Recruitment department on 071-9159500 for more information on all our training programmes.
