Woman admits charges of theft from stores

A 22-year-old woman charged with theft offences had her case adjourned to November.

Ashlee Conway of Racecourse View, Cranmore is charged with the theft of goods wroth €45.98 from Argose, Cleveragh Retail Park on May 28th 2017 and with tealing goods worth €40 from Athletes Foot, Johnston Court on March 4 th last.

The defendant admitted the offences and defending solicitor, Mr Gerard McGovern said he was seeking a probation report.

Judge Kevin Kilrane ordered a report and adjourned the case to November 8th to link with other matters and to also seek how the defendant behaves in the meantime.
