Applications open for Old Fair Day stalls
It’s one of the staple events of summertime in Sligo, and it’s one of the longest running festivals in Sligo.
The Tubbercurry Old Fair Day takes place on Wednesday August 8th and applications are open for anyone wishing to have a stall there on the day.
If you would like a stall, you may request an application form by emailing info@oldfairday.ie.
This year’s festival takes place from Saturday August 4 th and ends with the Old Fair Day on Wednesday August 8th.
In 2017, Online travel compa- ny Flight Network, the largest travel agency in Canada, has rated Tubbercurry Old Fair Day as their 14 th of a Top 36 Global Festival list. The South Sligo festival was highlighted alongside some really well established festivals around the world like the 262 year old Erlanger Bergkirchweih in Germany, the MIMO festival in Brazil and others from the USA, UK, Spain, France and Austria.

Each year, Tubbercurry welcomes thousands of visitors for the Old Fair Day.
Some of the region’s best artists and craftspeople set up stalls, as do local businesses, and even local restaurants.
The Old Fair Day offers something for all the family, and with live music on the day, there is something for everyone.
