ENNISCRONE-KILGLASS GAA
Our intermediate footballers had a 2-15 to 2-12 win over St Pat’s at Dromard in the Benson Cup last Saturday evening. Minus a number of regulars, the lads trailed 2-5 to 0-8 at half-time but an improved second half showing gave them a three-point win. They will face the same opposition on Saturday week in the league.
The Enniscrone-Kilglass/Easkey minors had an encouraging 1-10 to 0-11 win over Shamrock Gaels last Friday evening in Division One of the league. In a much-improved display, the lads were fully deserving of this win over the current league leaders. They face Owenmore Gaels in their final league game on May 18.
The Enniscrone-Kilglass/Easkey under-16 team play Owenmore Gaels on Monday (April 30) at 7 p.m. in Connolly Park, Collooney.
