Some very poor shooting from Enniscrone/Kilglass was not helping their cause, but they battled hard and points from Hargadon, Christopher Tuffy and Ciaran O’Dowd helped the home side edge ever closer.

Castleconnor hit back with another point, but Enniscrone/ Kilglass dominated the final ten minutes and found the scores needed to get back on level terms and, in the closing stages had chances to win it but failed to convert, meaning it ended level.
