ADULT EDUCATION

There will be a free workshop called Sligo Adult Guidance in Education for early school leavers and adults in North Connaught College, Tubbercurr­y from May 29 to May 31 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. This is a free workshop for anyone who is seeking advice about going back to education or wants to upskill or find out how to apply for an apprentice­ship or training and more. Computers – Computer courses continue at the Teeling Centre fullltime 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. Basic course for beginners Tuesdays 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. for six weeks €25.

Weight Watchers: Every Friday 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Zumba: Every Wednesday 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Fitness Class: Every Mon/ Tues/Wed/Thursday 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Classes well attended by male and female.

Volleyball: Every Friday 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Additional players required.

Drawing Class: Every Tuesday 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. come along – bring a friend.

Other Classes: Art – Saturday 9.30 a.m. to midday music – Tuesday 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Kung Fu – Wednesday 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

PARISH HALL

Boxercise and TRX classes continue every Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Collooney Parish Hall. Collooney Kickboxing Club classes every Monday and Friday in the Parish Hall. New members welcome.
