BENBULBEN PLAYERS

Benbulben Players will put on a second performanc­e of their play ‘The Spinsters’ in the Parish Hall beside Rathcormac School on Thursday, June 14, at 9 p.m. The play will be preceded by some music, song, dance and comedy performed by members of the group.

Admission is €5 and there will be a raffle also. All proceeds will go towards Sligo Cancer Support Centre. Any support would be appreciate­d.

BENBULBEN CLIMB

The annual Benbulben Climb for the Sligo Cancer Support Centre will take place on Saturday, June 16. Climbers to meet at Rathcormac National School at 11 a.m.

CARNEY TIDY TOWNS

Carney Tidy Towns are one of the lucky six groups to receive a biodiversi­ty action plan – all will be revealed on Wednesday, June 23, in the Sligo Park Hotel at 6.45 p.m., open for all to attend.

SEAN NÓS

Sean Nós dance classes continue every Tuesday evening in Rathcormac NS Beginners start at 6.30 p.m., with improvers and advanced dancers starting at 7.30 p.m. All very welcome. Call 086 1925988 for further details.

TIDY TOWNS

Tidy Towns judging starts this week. Please help if you are able by lending a hand in keeping local areas neat and tidy. Many hands make light work and we are much obliged for your all your support.

LOOSE CHANGE

Put all your loose change to good use and drop if off to Drumcliffe Tea House.

The Carney Ladies fundraisin­g group will count it all and your donations will go towards the Acquired Brain Injury Support Group in Sligo. ‘No coin too small we will count it all’.
