Best wishes to all the local children competing in the County Finals of the Community Games Athletics taking place Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th June at Sligo IT. Saturdays start time is 12.30pm & Sundays is 2pm. Congratulations to all the medal winners so far!!

TIDY TOWNS COMPETITION

This is adjudication time for the Tidy Towns competition–Collooney will be judged any day in the next week or so. Please be mindful of this & we would really appreciate if people & businesses could tidy up around their own homes or shops.

A flyer will be sent around the town to homes & businesses about this. We appreciate your support in keeping our town tidy!

YOUNG EXPLORERS

Congratulations to all the children starting “Big School” in September. If you need childcare for your child we at Young Explorers offer a range of services. Our Breakfast club starts from 7am and we stay open until 7pm. We serve a hot meal every afternoon. We are running a Summer Camp with lots of fun and activities for all children aged between 4-12 from June 25th to August 24th. We are also currently taking applications for preschool 2018. SUMMER CAMP

Summer Camps are running at Tir na nÓg Community Childcare from 2nd July–24th August on a weekly basis. Activities include nature walks, BBQ’s, camping, treasure hunt, summer bingo, teddy bears picnic, science projects, baking, quizzes, sports day, disco art & crafts & much more.
