CEMETERY MASSES

The annual Mass in Templerona­n Cemetery will be on Sunday, August 5, at 1 p.m. and the annual Mass in Killaraght Old Cemetery will be on August 12 at 1 p.m.

BINGO

Bingo is held every Friday night in Gurteen Hall at 8.30 p.m. The jackpot is now €2,500 on 47 calls – lotto raffle €500- and good prizemoney – all proceeds are shared between Eastern Harps GAA Club and the hall committee for the upkeep of the hall.

GURTEEN TIDY TOWNS

Gurteen Tidy Towns committee wish to thank home owners and volunteers who have contribute­d to the enhancemen­t of the village by way of painting, planting and by maintainin­g their premises.

Judges will visit soon so we ask everyone to continue their great work to keep clean the street outside their premises. Great credit to the committee who endeavour to continue this work but they need your help. Well done to all concerned.
