SLIGO CAMINO

As many of you know we have a Camino here in Coolaney every year. This year’s event is the biggest yet with 1,000 people passing through Coolaney on July 7.

As you can imagine it takes a lot of work behind the scenes and this is all done by volunteers. If you have a couple of hours to spare on July 7 we would really appreciate your help. There are a lot of roles to be filled from marshalling, helping at food stops, helping with the catering in the community centre etc.

Every euro collected through this event goes back into the community so if you can do your bit to help Coolaney grow and prosper we would really appreciate it. The Development Company are holding information meetings every Wednesday night at 8.30 p.m. in the community centre between now and July 7 where you could find out which role suits you.
