ST NATHY’S WIN
Well done to the St Nathy’s girls under-12 team who defeated Shamrock Gaels to win the under-12 B League title recently. It was a great achievement for the players and management team.
GAA LOTTO RESULTS
The lotto numbers drawn for March were as follows: 3, 4, 18, 20. There was no jackpot winner. Congratulations to the matchthree winners: Gerry Connolly, Michael and Eileen Toolan, Kevin and Sinéad O’Brien. The lotto numbers drawn for April were as follows: 2, 7, 16, 34. There was no jackpot winner. Congratulations to the match-three winners: Enda Kivlehan, Laura O’Brien, Tony Gormley, Barry Brett and Ian Henry. The jackpot now stands at €6,000.
The Coolaney-Mullinabreena GAA 2018 lotto is the principal fundraiser for the day to day running of the club and your continued support is greatly appreciated. PHOTO/HISTORY EXHIBITION
The local committee are planning another photo and history exhibition later in the summer following on from the huge success of the 2017 event. All photos relating to the parish from community events, church events, sport, workplace, schools, people, locations etc are all welcome.
Anyone who now lives away from the parish is also welcome to contribute relevant material. Please contact Anne Marie Gorman at 087 6235468 or email amgorman12@gmail.com. All photos will be returned after the event. Thanks to everyone for the incredible response so far. The collation process has now finished and a date for the event will soon be published.
WALKING/RUNNING TRACK
The newly completed walking/ running track at Nace O’Dowd Park is proving a real success with many folk using it on a daily basis. It is contributing hugely to the health and well-being of our community in a real and sustainable way. The club is currently investigating means to fund the installation of lighting for the track.
BLUE KIDZ
Coolaney-Mullinabreena GAA Coaching continues for the under-6, under-8 and under-10 age groups every Saturday in Nace O’Dowd Park for the month of June.
