Tidy Towns judges are coming
SLIGO can expect a visit from a National Tidy Towns adjudicator anytime from now until early August.
We’re being urged by Sligo Tidy Towns to keep businesses, parks and streets as tidy as we can in the meantime.
“This will have an impact on the marks awarded,” said Chairman of Sligo Tidy Towns Peter Tiernan.
They’re also asking people not to display unofficial roadside notice boards within 2kms of the town centre - they are regarded as litter by Tidy Towns judges.
