SCHOOL CLOSES

Both schools in the parish close this week for their summer holidays. Teachers, and children are wished a enjoyable break.

DEATH

The death occurred last week of Jim Boland late of Bunninadden. He was laid to rest In Charlestown cemetery. Deepest sympathy is extended to his family.

SUMMER COURSES

Irish summer courses will take place in Banada during the summer. Junior Cert course July 23 to July 27 and Leaving Cert course July 20 – August 3. Further information contact Siobhán at 087 4510572.

The South Sligo summer School takes place this year from July 15 to July 21.
