Congratula­tions to Damien Kennedy and Fionnuala Shelly, who were married in Athlone recently. Damien is a son of John Patrick and Margaret Kennedy, Achonry.

GAA LOTTO RESULTS

The lotto numbers drawn for March were as follows: 3, 4, 18, 20. There was no jackpot winner. Congratula­tions to the matchthree winners: Gerry Connolly, Michael and Eileen Toolan, Kevin and Sinéad O’Brien. The lotto numbers drawn for April were as follows: 2, 7, 16, 34. There was no jackpot winner. Congratula­tions to the match-three winners: Enda Kivlehan, Laura O’Brien, Tony Gormley, Barry Brett and Ian Henry. The jackpot now stands at €6,000.

The Coolaney-Mullinabre­ena GAA 2018 lotto is the principal fundraiser for the day to day running of the club and your continued support is greatly appreciate­d. PHOTO/HISTORY EXHIBITION

After almost five months of work on the project, over 2000 photos have now been collected. WALKING/RUNNING TRACK

The newly completed walking/ running track at Nace O’Dowd Park is proving a real success with many folk using it on a daily basis. It is contributi­ng hugely to the health and well-being of our community in a real and sustainabl­e way. The club is currently investigat­ing means to fund the installati­on of lighting for the track.

BLUE KIDZ

Coolaney-Mullinabre­ena GAA Coaching continues for the under-six, under-eight and under-10 age groups every Saturday in Nace O’Dowd Park for the month of June. New children are always welcome to join the fun filled sessions supervised by our fully trained coaches. Contact Gerry Lee at 086 8282263 for more details. Registrati­on is now due for all players.
