PORTRAIT OF A FAMILY
This exhibition presents an intimate look at the Yeats Family through the portraits of John Butler Yeats and a selection of other artists at The Model. The show features a considerable body of work newly added to The Niland Collection from the recent Yeats Family sale at Sotheby’s and includes John Butler Yeats’ masterpiece Self Portrait, New York as well as portraits of his accomplished children, his wife Susan and her parents Elizabeth and William Pollexfen.

LULL AND ENTROPY
‘Lull’ by Hazel Egan and ‘Entropy’ by Noel Tighe continue at the Hamilton Gallery. Lull is a new body of work by Dublin based artist Hazel Egan. Primarily concerned with drawing, Egan’s practice addresses spatial and ontological concerns and is influenced by science, architecture, literature and philosophy. Noel Tighe, Entropy – birth, life and death is a constant pattern in off the natural world, it is all around us ever present.

Heartfelt, a solo exhibition by Lorna Watkins, opens at the Hyde Bridge Gallery today (Tuesday). Lorna is a Sligo based artist.
