UNDERAGE GAA

Under-14 HURLING LEAGUE SHIELDS FINAL JUNE 2018 CASTLECONNOR 8-7 WESTERN GALES 2-7: This final was played at Corballa following a coin toss for venue. It was great to see two teams from West Sligo in the final and they served up a great hour’s entertainment with plenty of skill and great scores on display. Castleconnor began to take control in the third quarter and extended their narrow halftime lead with a number of goals.

Congratulations to the team and management who have been very busy the last few weeks. Declan Rouse on behalf of Coiste na nÓg presents Lee Gilmartin with the shield the victorious under-14 hurling panel and management. The Castleconnor and Western Gaels teams that contested the under-14 hurling league shield final last week.
