Castlerea Co-Operative Livestock Mart Market report

450 cattle presented for sale on Thursday last and with brilliant sunshine and high temperatures prevailing a firm trade was reported from all 3 rings.

Stores in both the bullocks and heifer rings remained a very strong trade while the weanling trade was similar to previous weeks. Breeding stock, suck calves and dry cows reported good clearances also.
