Good vibes in Strandhill
THERE were lots of good vibes in Shells cafe last Tuesday evening as the owners of the well known cafe launched their latest cookbook.
Guests joined Jane and Myles Lamberth for an evening of live tunes, nibbles and organic wine.
Inspired by travel, surfing and a healthy lifestyle, the ‘Good Vibes’ Cook book is their latest publication since becoming parents. The couple have a little boy and are expecting their second child. The new book is jam packed with nourishing, mouth-watering recipies, including vegan and gluten-free dishes.
Fans can enjoy trying out creations such as a Super Green Smoothie, Buddha Breakfast Bowl and Ricotta Pancakes among many.
There was a large crowd of young and old on the night who got signed copies of the attractively presented cookbook.
Shells cafe is a bustling enterprise and a focal point in the seaside village of Strandhill.
