SLIGO JAZZ FESTIVAL

Sligo Jazz Project’s annual summer school and festival (July 24-29, 2018) is one of the country’s most unique niche tourism events. It is also regarded by many as Ireland’s only true remaining jazz festival, since almost all the events in its programme are based on jazz and improvised music, with virtually no “filler” gigs of rock and pop acts. Events take place in numerous venues in Sligo. Check out www.sligojazz.ie for more.
