The 59th International Summer School explores The Greening of Yeats, led by co-directors Professor Matthew Campbell and Dr Lauren Arrington. The ten-day school includes lectures, music, drama, poetry and tours and walks in the wonderful Sligo landscape.
Artist Margie Dunne opens her art exhibition at The Shambles, Bridge Street, Boyle on Friday, July 20th. Her energetic colourful paintings and subtle tones are inspired by the natural beauty of the bogs and natural beauty of the countryside in the west of Ireland.
Meet up with colleagues and other members from around the region and test your knowledge at the Insurance Institute’s charity table quiz & BBQ at McGarrigles Pub on O’Connell St. in aid of North West Simon Community. Each team will consist of 4 members at a cost of €20 per team. All proceeds raised from this event will go directly to NorthWest Simon Community.
