Easy Aces

The final one of the Hawk’s Well Theatre’s summer lunchtime performances of the old time radio sitcom favourite, Easy Aces takes place in the foyer of the theatre next Wednesday 25th July at 12.45pm.

Written by Goodman Ace and set in 1940s America, Ace and his wife Jane play an exaggerated version of themselves, with a light-hearted poke at Jane’s habit of getting ever y thing just a lit tle bit wrong! Witty, light and small enough to fit into the average lunch break, this celebration of the golden age of radio has taken place on three dates over the summer; May 16th, June 27th and July 25th. Lunch will be available from 12.15pm and the performance is t ypically 45 minutes long.
