‘Enniscrone’ is the best option
Regarding the above, I recall my mother, who was from this beautiful West Sligo town, giving the Irish version as ‘Inis Eascrach Abhann’, ‘Eascrach’ being the genitive form of ‘Eiscir’.
I am not in a position to confirm the correctness of this form as against ‘Inis Eiscir Abhann’ and look forward to the opinion of an expert!
Either way, ‘Enniscrone’ is the only spelling form I recall from my holidays there as a child and would love to see it reinstated.
