Frances part of Special Olympics Equestrian team
FRANCES Kelly was part of the Special Olympics Equestrian Connaught team at the recent competition in Dublin.
Frances won two bronze medals in her own individual category.
This was quite an achievement considering the quality of talent competing against her.
Frances is a very talented horse woman, she showed this as she navigated her way around the course in a very admirable fashion. This was a fantastic achievement by Frances.
Frances was supported immensely by her family at the event, whom offered her encouragement and praise not only at the competi- tion but during her training period. A special thanks to Marie McDermott and Pauline McMorrow for the care and support they showed to Frances during the games.
Frances was also supported by Devine’s Equestrian centre in Keash with particular thanks to Eilish Devine who worked tirelessly to develop Frances’ skill set. Thank you to McGarry Stables Night Riders, Caroline Brennan and Cladugh.
To the Staff in Aoibhneas Day Service’s and the Ox-View community homes for their ongoing support to Frances.
They all wish Frances the very best for the future.
