SELF-CARE WORKSHOP

Experience the magic of the present moment: Ted Kelly will be running a one day self-care workshop in The Benwiskin Centre on Sunday, 12th August 2018.

This mindful workshop explores the ways in which we can really inhabit the present moment no matter what is happening in our lives. Busyness is one of the great illnesses of our age, taking us out of our peace and adding to the stresses we experience on a day-to-day basis. Inhabiting the Present Moment means we are awake to what is happening inside us and around us, without being swept away by forces outside our control.

Open to everyone, we will explore the freedom arising from letting go of these stressors in our lives through sitting and walking meditation, deep relaxation and the serenity of sharing food together.

We all long for freedom but as Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh shares, ‘we have to give ourselves enough space and quiet to become free’.

Contact Ted on 087 6884201 or tedkellyselfcare@gmail. com to book a place. Time: 10:30am–16:30pm (Please arrive at 10:10am). Please bring mats, cushions, blankets, a light lunch. Tea/coffee/biscuits will be provided.
