Join Thomas Connolly’s each Wednesday evening for a night of great acoustic tunes with Seamie & Rory O’Dowd plus regular special guests. Midweek live music at its very best. The tunes kick off from around 9.30pm.

A Moving Journey by Bríd Higgins Ní Chinnéide and John Behan opened at the Hamilton Gallery last week. In this exhibition, Brid extends her study of the human figure and investigates how bodily movement can be portrayed in paint. Motion and movement are at the centre of the work of sculptor John Behan for almost 60 years.

A staple on the summer calendar in Sligo, the Tubbercurry Old Fair Day takes place on Wednesday. There will be live music, arts and crafts, stalls and much more.
