SAVE GURTEEN PO
Gurteen Parish Hall was overflowing with people – biggest crowd ever seen in the hall – on Thursday night to voice their very strong opposition to the announcement recently that Gurteen post office is on the cards to close.
Speaker after speaker expressed their opinion on the matter and a committee is currently being formed and will fight this decision all the way to ensure the PO remains in the village.
