Design, create and code open day at EDIC

The Europe Direct Centre Sligo has announced a collaboration event with Fab Lab Manorhamilton, Fab Lab Ner ve Centre and Science Foundation Ireland. Drop in to Sligo Librar y/ EDIC on Stephen Street, Sligo any time between 10:30am and 3:30 pm on Tuesday 28th August and experience some amazing digital making technologies.

There will be demonstrations on how you can use the new free 3D printing facilities in Sligo EDIC and show how other digital fabrication machines available in Fab Labs like Laser Cutters and Vinyl Cutters can create fantastic personalised products ver y easily. There will be robots too! SG Education will be bringing their new Robot Kits along between 12pm and 2pm to introduce coding and robotics for people aged 7 to 70! This is a drop in event so no booking is required.
