CRAFTERS DONATE TO RESOURCE CENTRE

Local women’s group Thursday Ladies Crafters present a cheque to the Family Resource Centre for supporting the development of a Sensory Room. The women’s group raised this money through raffling a beautiful knitted throw hand knitted by a member of the group as well as other prizes donated by local businesses. The group raised €500 in total and this was split between the FRC and Sligo Cancer Support Centre. The group meet in the FRC every Thursday 10.20am-12.30 and new members are always welcome.
