SEPTEMBER SOCIAL DANCE

The September Social Dance in the Skreen-Dromard Community Centre will tale place on Saturday, September 29, music will be supplied by Thomas Maguire and Fhiona Ennis.

BELTRA COUNTRY MARKET

Beltra Country Market on Saturday, September 15, from 10 a.m. tomidday will hold a Felting Workshop with Henneke. All welcome.

COMMUNITY CENTRE EVENTS

Registrati­on for the Red Hawks Girls Basketball will take place on Thursday, September 13, from 7 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Sessions will be resuming the following Thursday, September 20, and Friday, September 21, in the Skreen-Dromard Community Centre. The Thursday Session will be for first and second class from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and fifth and sixth class from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Friday Session will be for third and fourth class from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. The class costs are €40 for one child €70 for two children and €90 for three children. New Members are welcome. To register interest text 089 7000685 with name and class by Wednesday, September 12, if interested in joining. Session Times subject to change depending on numbers. Volunteers most welcome.

Pilates and Yoga Classes in the community centre will take place as follows: Pilates slow and steady from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Pilates with yoga mixed ability from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Restorativ­e Yoga relax and re-balance from 8.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Classes start on Monday, September 10, and the cost of the seven-week course is €70. There in limited capacity. Drop in class cost is €15 with dependence availabili­ty. GIRL GUIDES

Tireragh Girl Guide Ladybirds and Brownies will resume their weekly activities in the community centre on Friday, September 14, New girls welcome. Contact Geraldine at 087 6163606.

The office in the Skreen-Dromard Community centre is open to the public. Typing photocopyi­ng email CV preparatio­n and more are offered for a reasonable fee. Call into the office from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Booking can also be taken for private parties meeting etc. To book an appointmen­t or function call Anne Marie at 087 6649635.

ACTIVE AGE GROUP

The Active Age group resume their activities in the Skreen-Dromard Community Centre on Tuesday, September 11, from 2.30 p.m. Gentle exercise and games with refreshmen­ts afterwards. New members welcome.

BELTRA SHOW THANKS

Beltra Show Committee would like to thank everybody involved in helping to make their 107th show a great success. Thanks to all the volunteers, sponsors, ticket sellers, to all who bought tickets, those who gave raffle prizes, donations and exhibitors and all who attended on the day.
