RECENT DEATH

The death took place on September 2 in Tottenham, England of Kathleen Murphy (née Wilson) formerly of Kilmorgan Ballymote. She was sister of Liam Wilson. Moydoo, Gurteen.

Sincere sympathy is extended to Liam, Maureen and family, also to her sister Imelda, England and her brother Noel, Dublin and all her nieces and nephews on their bereavemen­t.

Her funeral will take place in Tottenham on September 19.

The fight to keep Gurteen Post Offiice continues – people who use and need the office to remain have been signing petitions and writing and sending letters to the independen­t reviewer. Meetings are ongoing and all are very optimistic that all the hard work will hopefully be successful.

RECENT BIRTH

Welcomed in the Sacrament of baptism on Saturday was Amy Bernadette McKeon born on May 28 to Ceara and Keith and sister to Carla.

TABATA CLASSES

SOCIAL DANCING
